Yoga for Joint Mobility and Pain
In February 2014 Erin began to experience severe joint restriction and swelling all over her body. Inspired by her personal daily routine, this one hour session is designed to help keep you active and minimize the effects of chronic pain and varying degree's of physical limitation whether it be from injury, inflammation or certain joint issues.
Over time, you can expect this sequence to aid you in the quest for increased strength, flexibility, joint mobility while helping you to release the mental, physical and emotional tension that chronic pain can create.
